About Biseak
Biseak is a combination of the French word " bicycle" and the English word " sea ." It perfectly captures the spirit of our shop: to help people discover our beautiful corner of the country, ideally on two wheels. Biseak is, above all, a story of passion. It all started in 2016 as a student initiative when Clément Vallée was in high school. Thanks to a crowdfunding campaign, he began renting fat bikes during the summer. Then, step by step, the fleet of bikes grew. The young entrepreneur then took a mechanics course to ensure he could repair and maintain the bikes.
Then a break was in order. After three years of studying abroad, diploma in hand and brimming with ideas, Clément returned to Haute-Gaspésie with a solid business plan. Biseak was born.
Today, the shop offers the purchase and rental of top bicycle brands. The team's passion is stronger than ever. Everyone is determined to continue thrilling visitors from outside the region who come to discover the Gaspé Peninsula, as well as locals who love getting lost in the landscapes.
